DOES CREATIVITY EQUAL REALITY?Bible text: Psm.82:6-7(KJV)

In a bid to do justice to the topic set for this week, we will be looking at the subject from two stand points. The first been does creativity equal reality, and the second can creativity equal reality?
Does creativity equal reality? No.
This might seem a strange point of view, but in the long run, the logic behind it will become evident. In philosophy, the rationalist school of thought are of the opinion that “appearance is not reality”. This is a thought that holds true, because in the minds of various individuals, there are a myriad of ideas that will never see the light of day simply because the vessels containing them has opted to be unyielding.
As the late Pastor Myles Munroe rightly observed, “the grave yard is the richest place, because it holds a lot of unrealised potential”. In light of that, creativity that is not gainfully engaged is like water been left in a container while ones belonging is on fire. Having limitless creative ability and not using it is been unfair to yourself and to God. (Matt.25:14-30)
Can creativity equal reality? Yes.
If most positive thoughts that come into our minds are acted out, our reality would be beyond what it currently is. In that moment of introspection after a situation has fully played out when we all have that “something been tell me say” feeling, if we had followed the prompting we felt, most of us will be the better for it. For instance in the moment of reckless abandon when you felt the urge to hold your peace but rather passed it up for a moment of “if e wan spoil make e spoil”. That was you passing off the opportunity to use your creativity to resolve problems peacefully. (Prov.15:1)
The creative ability of God can only be rivaled by that which He gave to man, a classical example can be found in the situation that played out at the tower of Babel. (Gen.11:1-9, emphasis been on verse 6 KJV)
It was Gods original intent for man to operate on the same level of creativity as God Himself, that is why after all the creative work God did in the garden, He tested Adam to see if he was on the same wave length as Himself. (Gen.2:18-23)
In a bid to ensure that man meets the standard of creativity expected of him by God, God had to put certain systems in place to ensure maximum utility on mans part. (Acts 1:8, Jhn.14:12)

How to translate Creativity into reality:
The starting point for anyone who hopes to make lasting impact is with Christ in God. (Jhn.3:16)
Establish a working relationship with the Holy Spirit, because he provides needed motivation. (Jhn.16:13,14:26)
