HEY! DON’T LOOK BACK

Welcome again to another Thursday on Mimi’s creative mind. Today I am going to be sharing a story with us . They see my disability I see my ability, they call me disabled I call myself differently abled these were the words of an Indian woman. She had an arranged marriage. One day her husband and herself were out on a journey and they had an accident and their car fell into a ditch, police Investigation shows that her husband was asleep on the wheel, she dosent know how but he escaped the accident unhurt but she sustained severe injuries she had a broken spine and was bedridden for 10years stuck in a white room and couldn’t move. After a while she started moving slowly using a wheelchair and she wanted to add life and colour to her room so she asked that canvas and brushes be bought for her..lest I forget painting was her hobby and so she began adding colour to her life and her environment. She had to let go because she had her whole life right in front of her she couldn’t live in the past forever. It was Bill gates who said “if you cannot make your situation good at least make it look good”. She knew she wouldn’t walk again, not give birth again but she chose to forget all that and added colour to her life ,she wanted a new beginning, she didn’t think anymore about what had happened but now focused on how beautiful she wanted her story to be . You may have made terrible mistakes in the past that out feel you can’t fix and the scars they do t seem to fade away, you feel that for that terrible mistake that made you fall you cannot rise again….Brace up!, It’s not easy neither is it difficult hot with a little belief you can do it .Mark Zuckerberg said “In a world that’s changing really quickly, the only strategy that is guaranteed to fail is not taking risks”. So what are you waiting for don’t let the last drag you down, let the last pass away so you don’t pass away with the past. So don’t look back.👍✌️
