Your gifts or talent will get you noticed, separate you from the crowd,give you a heads start above others , but your advantage would not last long. Irving Berling a song writer understood this when he said “the toughest thing about success is that you gotta keep working that talent this is true!, Mega best selling author Stephen king asserts that “Talent is cheaper than table salt” WHAT! ….meaning talent is common but not enough for you to win in the world,or to at most stand out,you see what separates the talented from the successful is a lot of hardwork. But the God factor is character oh! that word character without it millions who have charisma are in the register of failures according to Dr. olumuyiwa Oludayo exploit(success) is to explode what is inside of you(talent),and things that attracts only sidetract your attention from your original intention,that is the key to standing out. Trophies are not handed to people who try or people who start well but those who endure to the end and finish well.
