Opportunities are a very skillfully designed instrument that opens doors and a space for new things. It is a very cunny Instrument because unlike other instrument it doesn’t have a sound, comes like a thief in the night that if you are not observant you’ll miss it completely. There is a popular saying that opportunities come but once, that they can never be regained,I don’t fully agree with this saying…I’ll explain remember this is me speaking my mind, I’m not trying to force my thoughts on you or convince you otherwise, I just wanna open your eyes to a better way of viewing this instrument. An opportunity dosen’t just jump on your laps you have to look for something before you can find it, opportunities are sought after before they can be seen ,now what you do at the time you see that opportunity wether you loose it or maximize it is solely on you.
Recently, I started looking for opportunities in a particular direction of my life, filling lots of applications and forms and registrations and a question kept coming to mind , where had this been all this while? I mean this is what I’ve been looking for that I thought didn’t even exist and here it was in front of me, I then realized that in this world that we are in if you don’t add even if it’s a little bit of effort in anything you do you’ll never make progress, if I hadn’t looked I would have found. Yes you need opportunities but they won’t come to your doorstep,or pop on your screen if you dont make an effort to look.
Ideas are something we can’t do without,we always have fresh ideas to try new things,to improve on ways we do things that’s fine and good, but when opportunities come to project that idea beyond the confine of it’s origin or beginning jump at it,don’t wait for approval, validation or suggestions from people go ahead with it cos that alone might bring you into the limelight. It’s never too late to search for opportunities that will benefit your life and change something through you to your society and generation at large ,weve seen one opportunity liberate families from shackles of poverty.
